Universal Converter converts a file you choose into a format this site supports, then you download it. It does not edit the file and it does not keep a copy. Free accounts get 3 conversions in a calendar month. Premium is $0.99 a month, billed by PayPal, until you cancel. Video, Word, and Excel are outside the service.
